BB spindle; Square taper.  A symmetrical 113mm spindle will give a chainline of 45mm, typical for a road bike or recumbent.

Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD) The middle and outer ring are 130mm BCD, inner is 74mm.  Rings are spaced for 8 or 9 speed chain.

Q factor ; 159mm with Shimano 113mm spindle

Q-factor and chainline are approximate, because there is always some variation in how far square taper spindles fit into the cranks.  If you currently have a 110 to 118mm, I recommend giving it a try.

If you need a new Bottom Bracket;
For standard bike parts, it's always best to support your local shops. You need them to stay in business.  Because when you need something on Saturday, for a ride on Sunday, no mail order place is going to help you.

But if the closest thing you have to a local bike shop is WalMart, I can provide 320 gram Shimano UN-54 BB cartridges for $25. 
Or  210 g., 3 cartridge bearing, Sinz Expert BBs for $45. 
And inexpensive tools to install them.

These cranks are not beefy in the area around the pedal holes. especially the 145s.  So, "Knee Saver" type pedal extenders should not be used.  145s should be used only by smaller riders.
